IF THE "STARS ALIGN" WITH WHAT?

.03 is in our near future if the stars align

A share price of .03 would yield a market cap of $400 million, which is not in anyone's stars! SPRV has a better chance of having to pay $10 million in fines for worker abuses at On Courier 365, than coming up with a market cap of $400 million.

The Federal Government's class-action lawsuit against SPRV's wholly-owned subsidiary, On Courier 365, is scheduled to go to trial in August 2020!

The U.S. Department of Labor's prosecution of On Courier 365 is the exclusive reason the SCRUM OF SCAMMERS, which includes former SPRV CEO Bobo "The Clown" Linton, former SPRV CEO Bryan Wayne Geer, controlling shareholder and current Director Paul Strickland, BAYP CEO Clay Franks, and current CEO Lil Rod, choreographed SPRV's acquisition of Lil Rod's private company Web to Door.

The rationale is quite plain! If Web to Door and its wholly-owned subsidiary, On Courier 365, would have remained private, all the financial damages from the Federal lawsuit would fall on Web to Door's individual owners, including Lil Rod. By going public and agreeing to be purchased by SPRV, the damages from the Federal lawsuit will now be borne by the SPRV SHAREHOLDERS, not the owners of Web to Door, i.e. Lil Rod. CEO Lil Rod's PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT will remain untouched! As compensation for orchestrating the sham, the SCRUM OF SCAMMERS is paid in SPRV shares, which are then dumped into the open market.

The sham will remain in place as long as the Federal class-action lawsuit is on-going. What happens to Web to Door (and SPRV), when the Government's prosecution of SPRV is finalized? Hmmm...will the buyout of Web to Door be "unwound"? Quite possibly! We shall see!
