“In the mud...” very descriptive. I’m afraid you’re right. Based on the trading action, it’s becoming somewhat obvious that that several trades are coordinated with the MMs. There are potentially millions of shares involved. At this point all I can do is have a drink or two at the close and wait.

You may be correct. It's to our advantage if they expire. I don't see anyone pushing price up only to increase float.
