That lawsuit is a joke.Primarily Joshua Angel YG sues FnF's Board of Directors, not the Government, so your statement

is false.
Joshua Angel YG sues the wrong people because the Powers were transferred to the Conservator. And the wrong theme, as the dividend on the stocks was impeccably suspended. He claims that FnF should have declared the dividend but postponed after the Conservatorship. That doesn't exist in any company.
Note that he is 84 years' old.
