This is good for us because if the FDA thought they had a chance they wouldn't have rescheduled. The judge through them for a loop when they denied the summary judgment, now they are probably trying to regroup or they may just go ahead and drop the case for now and try their witch Hunt at another time when stem cells are not in the news so much doing good things. Because if they lose this case it's over for them trying to do any regulation with these clinics. Plus we. have to look at this is an election year as well and who knows what type of changes will be made.
