You have misrepresented the issue. The issue is based on manipulation of the stock not credibility of the company. This stock is set to rally and will run hard once those that oppose it loose control.
There were those that didn't calculate the ability of the defendants to cover the settlement figures that people were throwing around. Having said that, there is money to be made here, even if Glenn may not word his communications to the desired standards of some shareholders/observers. $CMGO
