Arcaro has take over DEEL shell and brought it current. He prepair DEEL clean shell to sell it on a private company who want go public. That's a win win situation for Arcaro + New Company and share hodkers. He have a impressiv history to take over shells and fill it per R/M with new business. NUGS 3 years ago $000 up to $7 after Arcaro close the R/M for example. Think $ land coming for DEEL if Arcaro can close the R/M here.
