Considering their has been no correspondence with the SEC and no application/registration with NASDAQ I would be surprised.
Remember, this is the same lady that told investors she would fight to stay on NASDAQ only to ask for an accelerated listing on the OTC catching most everyone off guard and costing many retail investors thousands of dollars.
Personally I think it is another head fake to try and support another failed split.
