"Dowling said that the CTA should be filed by Q2 and he doesn't lie. I know Chillin' would love him to say something every other day, but when it happens, it will be announced."........nope, just once in awhile, instead of never. BTW, didn't he say the same thing about the CTA for first quarter of 2019?
