OWCP has gagged the TA.

The psoriasis cream patent is worthless - especially in the US where it would be classified as a drug and OWCP hasn't applied for FDA/DEA approved clinical trials which would cost close to $45 million - OWCP had to use a toxic lender for $5 million.
