So the 2018 Amtronics website, that has not been updated for over a year and which you also believe is incorrect, is a better source of information than the QMC PR that was issued in July 2019, specifically to address the status of India.

It makes more sense to me that they dropped the Qamronics name for the JV and changed it to Amtronics India LLC, better visibility for Amtronics CC and allows them to pay taxes only on income from India.

People seem to put a great value on the information in the PRs and quote them as gospel, especially when the PRs get sworn to and filed under 8-Ks.
