It’s just a waiting game right now. Waiting on the paper work so they can make it official that PultusX bought the shell. It sounds like it very close from PlutusX monthly updates.

I've been around this ticker for nearly 6 years. In that time there were 2 major iterations that attempted to bring CWIR to life only to fail miserably and disappear. Unlike before, there now seems to be more concrete signs of an actual company developing that will continue going forward. It remains to be seen however considering a lack of formal OTC removal of Control Dispute, Caveat Emptor, Dark or Defunct. When we see those removed in the OTC, combined with audited financials, then a more accurate assessment can be made. My reading of the tea leaves says we should know relatively soon. I remain hopeful.

I think they will do a RS wipe out any value we have in the stock. Then do any merge or name changing but there not going to let us make anything. They may build us up to invest the wipe down with an rs steal our money. Just what I think I would do if I was them. Its morally wrong but most of these people a bunch of thieves. Time will tell. Better off to set this one and forget it lol.
