So you expect that the Brilacidin pill will treat the entire colon as if it was a liquid....like the enema did?

I need to do the couching....I'm asking for your opinion.

There's that and there's the picture of BDD's trial showing dispersal at various locations, half of which are below the ascending colon. Should that occur with a Brilacidin treatment would it treat disease in the ascending colon?...it's a one way system if I'm not mistaken.

Are you expecting the current results to show....or is it the hope of the Company....that that is where the drug will be released?

BTW, if the release works as you describe and the B is then shown to have the desired effect in the colon, wouldn't that obviate the need for the indication just licensed to AS? (It all flows downhill, right?)
