I read thru there but didn't see anywhere it said they owned the factoring company only someone asking the question. Even if they did own it the scenario would be robbing Peter to pay Paul. They are bleeding cash fast with no end in sight unless they happen to pull off some miracle. I couldn't find much on the factoring company but didn't look too far.
