You got to come up with new material.

They don't even have the money to make their up-front license payment.

"M. K. Yadava IFS, Managing Director of AMTRON stated “We are very pleased that QMC and AMTRON (Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd) have joined together in this timely venture to create a state-of-the-art quantum dot manufacturing facility within the newly established Guwahati Tech City. AMTRON is a State-owned public sector undertaking of the government and is providing the necessary bank guarantees to move this project to completion."

Wasn't it?

Note that Amtron wasn't added to the Amtronics License agreement. It's a whole new agreement.

Then how did the Q Dot solar cell panel manufacturing plant go from go from Amtronic cc to Qamronic?

No, what matters?

In reality, we know nothing about the financial aspects of the project in India because we have no idea what's in the only agreement that likely matters.

Dr. Tony Balchin, CEO of Amtronics India LLC, which is coordinating the project and is the licensee of QMC’s QDXTM stated "Project funding is progressing as planned, which also allows us to advance onsite work.”
