IMO Josh suffers from "the law of attraction" syndrome. In short, he seems to think that if you believe something is "possible" (no matter how "improbable" given your own history and skill set) then the way to make it happen is to tell others. While that's fine and dandy for personal goal setting IMO it's the height of recklessness to announce that something "will" happen when it involves a public company. That PR also included grandiose claims about raising $12 million for AMS and setting up "Blue Diamond Technologies" in Canada, Zeno & Verve, Cannabis Clean/Eltron and their ImPAAct generator, Michigan Plant Technologies LLC's Betty Bot Bakery, and NOW Brand's vodka. All proved to be abject failures except for his daughter's bakery which apparently shareholders funded and whose revenues --if any-- are unknown
