#85151 RE: nv gold #85150

IMO Josh suffers from "the law of attraction" syndrome. In short, he seems to think that if you believe something is "possible" (no matter how "improbable" given your own history and skill set) then the way to make it happen is to tell others. While that's fine and dandy for personal goal setting IMO it's the height of recklessness to announce that something "will" happen when it involves a public company. Here's an example from July 2017--

"Cannabis Real Estate Fund – the scope of this project has been expanded to include facilities outside of Michigan, the Michigan Project Group will remain as a focused component of the fund and the priority of the monies raised upon launch. The project will raise $10 Million over the next 18 months. The fund will be cleared to accept investments on Tuesday September 5th, 2017 and will be actively seeking accredited investors. Blue Diamond Consulting has the exclusive for all Project Management & Construction Management on the Projects."

That PR also included grandiose claims about raising $12 million for AMS and setting up "Blue Diamond Technologies" in Canada, Zeno & Verve, Cannabis Clean/Eltron and their ImPAAct generator, Michigan Plant Technologies LLC's Betty Bot Bakery, and NOW Brand's vodka. All proved to be abject failures except for his daughter's bakery which apparently shareholders funded and whose revenues --if any-- are unknown
