That is not factual. There is no sub, and no reorganization.

All the assets were liquidated, and the company is being wound-up. it will soon be voided by Delaware and the equity cancelled.

And that should put a rest to all this BS about equity holders getting rich off this worthless stock.

No, it wasn't. That's yet another fairy tale. All 3 BioAmber entities were liquidated, everything of value was sold to the JV/LCYB.
