Were you able to sell the XMET at .0001 or are you still holding?


Someone posted on this thread that Ameritrade in 2014 stated there was a problem with XMET's TA, that is about the time Holladay got smacked by the SEC

So answered, there are a lot of folks with divvy XMET shares in their accounts, close to 3B if the 1 for 1 with PYCT was accurate back in 2006

Now the still unanswered question, are they legal or not? I'm leaning towards not, and watching to see how this goes down.

Is the DTC accepting the divvy shares in accounts as viable?
