Thanks, E! Yeah, the anti-VPLM arguments keep changing! Common knowledge and logic dictate when in a debate, which is what the PRO/anti-VPLM discussion is, and one side's arguments keep changing, that side is on weak ground!
The Motley Fool argument went from their investments not being disclosed and them investing in this huge basket of penny stocks, TO THEIR INVESTMENT AMOUNT IN VPLM BEING TOO SMALL TO BE CONSEQUENTIAL...
On another note, the "100% VPLM court loss record" is non-sense! Anyone paying attention knows both sets of lawsuits are under appeal, or soon will be! Either way angry judge ruled was going to be appealed! Just the way these lawsuits go!
As to the missy lawsuit: If missy thought she won, SHE WOULDN'T BE SUING VPLM AGAIN, would she?
