I've been reading the requirements too, and there are several different ways to accomplish the uplisting. I'm reading the general requirement of $4.00 and then another possibility if "between $2.00 and $3.00" coupled with other qualifications being met. I'm going to have to study this whole thing a bit more and look at their revenues, etc. again before I can be sure what price it's going to take for this to be accomplished.

And that's $3 minimum BID price under that one you're pointing to. Wow, can you imagine during this 1st quarter us going from 5 and 10 CENTS to a BID of 3+ DOLLAR$ !!??
