It sure did, but the real question is why such tight range and who was buying?? It wasn't retail.180,000,000 shares traded this week. Well over $50,000,000 volume. Next week the obvious levels to watch are $.30-.33 & .39-.44. a break above .40-.41 could result in test or .49-.51. break .53.57 and it goes parabolic. Question is, what could cause such a breakout or breakdown.
