That's about 16 million XRP's a month since 2014. Considering monthly volumes of the XRP global market, I don't see how this could be considered "dumping" or pushing the price of XRP lower.

He still has 4B+ to sell. Good thing is contract restricts him selling more than .75% daily volume.Don't how they determine the daily volume though.
