yes , that would be cool if Waggs has filed , and next news we get is FDA has approved our trial .

not sure if filing the ind is a material event , or not .

Again , personally , i hope we are not informed when the IND is filed .

Only thing about telling shareholders that the IND is filed , is then everyone is gonna be dogging Waggs if we do not hear after exactly 30 days . I am not sure we understand exactly how long the review will last , and there could be more questions to address during the review period .

Personally I think KW is way behind what prs say. Just like he was when he hired cut rate Italian firm for cells that failed. KW is usually playing catch up to hide all his failures. That's why they never have the promised CC quarterly.

I believe he said something to that effect a couple years ago. Not telling about submittal would be an interesting way to get a small amount of revenge on those that play the system.
