I always prefer watching execution getting ahead of price than the other way around. This is now a value stock with a proven new business strategy and accelerating income.
Our teeny float hurts us near-term as the big money won’t be bothered with us. Takes time for smaller users to grasp what’s happening. That’s called a buying opportunity. I suspect these prices won’t last long.
IIPR P/E is over 60 today. We are looking at de-risked $1.50+. And we’re not following the IIPR business model, we are so far going better at it.
