If there is FRAUD, please explain one thing that meets the definition; Fraud - noun - wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
There is nothing to support that conclusion IMO. The company business model has failed to date, nothing more, nothing less.
Several folks have reported the company to the AZ DA, to the SEC to the FBI and nothing has been found because there is nothing to be found IMO.
CELZ has not been commercially successful because they have not sold enough kits. IMO, that was due to the delays between CaverStem and CaverStem 2.0 and paper being extended a year to include the first 100 2.0 patients. It’s simple math, clear as the day is long.
As an example, if I open a restaurant and it is not successful and goes out of business, did I committed a fraud? Of course not. CELZ could go out of business too, who knows, but I see no FRAUD.
Companies fail all the time and many struggle before they succeed. That is what is happening here IMO. If CELZ was a fraud, they would have NO patents, NO trademarks, NO clinical trial paper, NO physicians etc. they would have pumped out tons of promising pressers and diluted as fast as possible. All CELZ has done is to start up way too slow, not have enough revs, and was forced to issues small notes for under $300k at a time every few months to stay alive. Those notes cost them severely as they death spiraled, and we all know fuel was added to the fire.
Someone show me one piece of EVIDENCE it is a FRAUD and I will listen. The long investors choose to remain optimistic for two reasons. One is the science. It is PROVEN and it will be successful. Investors are betting CELZ will be part of it. The other is my cash is riding on it. Why would I post negativity about own investment? That makes zero financial sense and seems counterintuitive.
Show me CELZ is a FRAUD and I will join the fight. In the meantime, I will wait and see how many doctors sign up now that the Clinical Review paper is out. We have seen two offices open already. When will they announce the buzz we know is brewing about StemSpine? Will they work out a deal on AmnioStem as they reported? Who knows, but I can look up the patents and know those are all for real. No scam, no fraud, just not successful yet. That is how I see it until proven otherwise.
