Yup, same problem we're having on HSM. I can see the charts from my home PC, but when I go to another PC I can no longer see that charts.

My guess is that SC.com is keeping track of IPs used to log into their service and allowing those users to see charts.

As far as the two links you posted I see the charts on both, but then again I'm a member and I'm on my home PC currently

All our charts were real time so they don't work. Just played around with using static snapshots and they show up no problemo. But more work than its worth.
