The narrative used to be the CEO is a criminal, then it changed to an S-1 can never be filed + R/S coming, the SEC will shut $IGPK down, and similar false narratives.
If $IGPK'S S-1 is filed on / around 02/11/2020 as per the recent tweets, the false narrative will change to the S-1 will never get approved, $IGPK won't be able to close its deals, etc.
Trading on false / misleading narratives is a recipe for losing money. Do that several times and one goes broke.
