The arrangement with Reverdia was uncomplicated. BioAmber pays a royalty for using the Reverdia processes. Anybody with a corn sludge plant can make such an arrangement with Reverdia. Anybody. LCYB may choose to do that, may not. Just so happens there was a motion prepared to have the Reverdia agreement assigned to LCYB during the proceedings. All that was asked was the "back royalties" of just over $400k to be paid by the LCYB and it was theirs. LCYB chose not to do that.
