Signed, but non-binding. That's what he SAID. Two weeks ago he SAID he had 18 term sheets for non-dilutive financing. The BLA isn't just delayed 3 weeks, it's over 3 months. He's saying end of February, but I remember folks here justifying the same missed deadlines when the "3 more weeks" meant Thanksgiving 2019 for BLA, or March 2019 for first cancer patient injected. Nobody knows when it will end.

Why is 35 CTC in patient 4 spectacular? Less than 5 CTC is associated with prolonged survival.
