This stock CYDY is toast. Lawsuit will take much needed capital, company is barely hanging on by a thread.

I’ve met with Nader several times and these delays have nothing to do with my assessment. Just look at the stock vs. science. Assuming the science is good and you think the drug works (why else would you be the CEO) the MOST IMPORTANT part of Pharma development is timing milestones appropriately to raises. It’s the cornerstone of value creation. And this is a phenomenal case study in what not to do. Luckily, the science drags nader’s incompetence along and will continue to do so, to the detriment of long term holders. Eventually you will make money, although a lot less over a much longer period of time.
