Without a detailed plan in place to list doing a RS would be pointless. I'm betting that management knows that. If they did the RS and then let it sit while they figure out how to uplist this stock would probably lose another 1/2 of it's value. But if they happened to announced a RS and announced they filed to uplist within a few days of each other I think everything would be good. Personally, i just don't think they have time right now to deal with uplisting, but hey, what do I know? I'm just a fool buying as much of this stock as i can.
