As I pointed out in my previous post the reason for "Pubs Case Remand To TC" notice is one that is extremely straightforward and considered to be just a formality.

It would also seem to me that there is no need to send in the $500 fee long before it's due on March 9.

this patent is in the bag...

MM patent is due for a response end of Feb to mid March.. this one got a great chance for allowance, the examiner knew they are close and make suggestion to OWCP to work around the existing patent. OWCP's new cocktail formation is superior then the current MM patent.

tablet patent is back to the shop for more work.. We got a tough examiner assigned to this patent.. so our patent attorney need to bring their A game to get this patent to the finish line.
