As far as I understand, it is not supposed to auto-play. And if you watch it once it should remember that. (This was edited because I got it wrong the first time).

So they think it might be something with your cookies. So clearing the cache for JW Player may fix it.

These auto play videos eat into my Verizon bandwidth limit and are very rude. Please stop it IH.
