I’m not saying he’s having a bad call for the sake of it but BLA submission is huge and keeping the stock propped up a bit. He could be trying to get in front of you he story if the delay is longer than anticipated. This is months past the “promised” date.

Hope I’m wrong but we’ve seen this movie before
