He was being kind by saying "semi" literate. Rufus is uneducated and just a talking fool. Words like "throughbred, Resent, Refraim, Numinious, Feral, etc" make most realize that he's an idiot. Notwithstanding the fact that he went from start-up to shutdown in 3 months.
