Big difference ahead....... Sam is accountable for his own cooking and JCP crowd would hold his feet to the fire.Again,what casted in stone by Sam takes at least 1-2 years to change/refine/reverse them,and I believe JCP has depth and know how to do it;and it also can play strategically: for every fu*kup accretive to Sam,his control of the company are further weakened from the BOD side.
