Like every new reverse merger or takeover the controlling block will be passed onto new comers...its a process IMO
Suspect Ottens will be gone along with anyone else involved with him...again a normal process. Maybe he retains some restricted stock for any incurred expenses or simply gets paid out?
again, pretty normal routine in take over and newly added acquisitions
