Well that explains it. on the 29th and 30th the share price was dropping and that 12pm news on 30th saved its bacon caused by that s-8 filing. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the last trade that day was 30000 shares at .66 with good news and bid at .70 cents. Why was this not reported as news is my question? do you or did you get an alert? Thank you again Chuck
