I agree, great point. Yes, I am still very pleased with (potential) merging co. It’s indeed a startup, but I like the industry (a lot) and the company already has 20 patents and is currently offering products for sale...
Again this is all speculation at this point. All we know is that the president for NVGT changed, and he happens to be ceo of this Apex Farming—there’s no guarantee it’s even this exact company that will be merging. He may have another venture that he’s trying to take public, who knows??

All I know is I will be waiting for an official announcement from the company and/or court filings...Until then!!
