Not yet, if we lose the .0028 level tomorrow or Thursday this will likely slide and test the .0023 50 day MA. If this takes place i'd expect CLWD chart to start the handle formation as we have a hell of a cup right now on the 6 month chart. Great news could nullify this pattern, but without news i think we likely move a little lower. JMO
