In order to become an SEC registrant....again, they need to file a Form 10 since they deregistered last year. In order to file a Form 10 they need audited financials.
It takes 60 days from the time the Form 10 is filed to its effectiveness.
So while they can certainly be a voluntary filer, they won’t be registered until a Form 10 goes effective...
...and the 60 day clock does not start until that Form 10 filing is made.
Is he filing that today...or this week? Sure doesn’t look like it.
