I hear you. Most of us have full time jobs and may not be interested in running $NNRX. If I was retired, heck yes.

New blood would bring in a new mindset, values, principles, and bring many manifested best practices, and could benefit $NNRX strategies.

But that depends on the respect and collaboration skills the "new blood" possess, and act with.
