FHFA and treasury are playing games

their hands are now tied after en banc and Sweeney, Lame breath too

they are posturing and waiting until they have to do something and hoping for a treasury favorable settlement which is not going to happen because the warrants are dead and they all know it.

So the game of chicken being played by douchbag Mnuchin is we/govt will threaten a better settlement by dragging it out appearing that we are willing to go past the election to deal with this.

I bet and think this bluff is being called by all attorneys.

Anyways, just a hypothetical thought
