Lol! Well, more like a "private market to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading."
In other words, though a stock remains on the gray market where we retail traders are blind due to the lack of a bid, ask and Level 2, on the Expert Market the market makers can see all our buy and sell orders, which makes trading much easier. I've seen a few gray market stocks explode when they went EM. Would love to see that here!
