Actually, soil temp shouldn't matter.

They are currently digging & building a new big office building in Lincoln for State Government offices. Soil temperature hasn't stopped them.

As for other major outstanding permits, in the conference call that question was brought up as well.

Mark said "NO".

A higher share price wouldn't hurt with a first round of equity financing either. Could be wrong, but I've felt that might be contributing a some time drag on releasing the big F as well.

This is getting a little annoying waiting for this and waiting for that and we can’t do this because of that.
We should all have been told all of these factors because they know we have been waiting 3 years
if there are prerequisites to pushing up dirt we should know already

That does not make sense to throw that into the fray. Especially when we are pushing dirt all year round in Canada.

Too cold. Too muddy. Too dusty. OK everyone get to work it’s September

Financing of all types regularly has an effective date, is done in installments, and interest is accrued per terms. It is nonsensical to assume NioCorp would pay interest on $1.5B the day they sign a financing agreement. There is 0% chance that financing is being delayed by winter weather.
