First of all, lets not take things out of perspective. Shares are in tight hands here and volume has been low.
ALSO, Friday was a huge RED DOWN day in all the stock markets. I think PACV caught some of that. I didn't see too much UP anywhere on Friday.
Actually, last week we were GREEN a few days trying to test those high 20's.
The fundamentals are strong IMO. Sure there is that RS pending, but history shows they allow them to lapse, but even if they did it the price is still WAY LOW from its intrinsic value based on the Revenue of Seaport.
It has to go up per share. Mathematical certainty. Rs or not.
IMO. I hold. I think this is the biggest sleeper on the OTC right now.
