Just as January ended, news broke that ET lost a lawsuit against Enterprise Products Partners which would have given ET $536M in jury awards. Now that EPD won that appeal, ET may have "lost" the jury awards but given those were uncertain all those years dating back to a legal battle since 2011, the good news for ET investors is that the company can now focus on other and more important things with less distraction and less lawyer fees is certainly good and provides closure.
