Here's an inconvenient fact - LCYB is private. I'd be interested know how NOL's would be acquired & used by a private company. They would fall under SEC rules regarding "NOL trafficking". If LCYB was publicly listed then there might be a slim chance, limited to what they could annually claim through the use of NOL's but they're not, LCY is not publicly listed or traded - they're private...so....

Not only is lcy a private corporation. They are also a foreign corporation making the U.S. nols completely worthless even if they were a public company.
