No toxic debt/noteholders..no debt at all,actually. No toxic debt means no scam, also no dilution. Thanks for the subjective opinion though. How can a scam be a scam if they HAVE to be 100% transparent? If Insiders want to sell they have to file a form 3/4 with the SEC.. they have to be current to sell, showing up to date financials.. everything is see through.. no tricks..just treats. The real scam is the false info being spewed around by a few.
