2create-AURC has rare capacity to pay Property dividends in a relatively easy manner and which would be acceptable by shareholders, by using its "product" - which includes GOLD, that is also a Monetary-instrument having currency worldwide, as you noted.
Of course, a CASH dividend would be VERY acceptable too! (imo)
Least acceptable would be a stock dividend, as the primary reason for management to issue the dividend immediately would be to extract the short position from AURC (imo)
