So, the only way to find out if a note has actually converted is to call PT? And he's telling "everybody" that the company has produced 30-40 ounces?

Well, funny thing.......that is still selective disclosure because he is not issuing material information in a manner that it is available to everyone - a PR, the company website, an SEC filing, or a designated social media platform.

Confirming that a toxic note is converting is material info, IMO. And so is the number of ounces of gold that the company has produced. Or at least what the CEO is telling people (given his track record of making up stuff, who would believe any particular number?)
